Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ellegad.
We want you to have a smooth and worry-free experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains how we can help.


1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product
  • The product you received is incorrect
  • The item is not working as described

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Reported within 3 days of delivery
  • In its original condition
  • With original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice

Products damaged due to misuse, burns, drops, or water exposure are not eligible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earphones & earbuds
  • Personal care electronics
  • Items with physical damage caused after delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance/flash sale (unless defective)

3. Replacement Policy

If the product is found defective or incorrect, we will:

  • Replace the item with a new one, OR
  • Offer an exchange with a similar product, if available

Replacement is subject to stock availability.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement is not available
  • The product is out of stock
  • Your return request is approved, and the item is returned in proper condition

Refund method will follow your original payment method:

  • Online payment: refunded to bank/mobile wallet
  • Cash on Delivery: refunded through mobile banking or wallet

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.


5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at support@ellegad.com within 3 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide order ID, issue details, and photos/videos as proof
  3. Wait for approval from our support team
  4. Send the product back as instructed

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the item is faulty/incorrect, Ellegad will cover return shipping.
  • If returning for any other reason, customers must pay the return shipping fee.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order if:

  • The order has not been shipped yet

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a return after receiving the product (if eligible).
