- Outside Chattogram: 2–5 business days
Delivery delays may occur during holidays, bad weather, or unavoidable courier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Inside Chattogram: ৳60–৳80
- Outside Chattogram: ৳120–৳150
Shipping fees may vary depending on product weight, size, or delivery location.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed after 6 PM or on holidays may be processed on the next business day.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
Please ensure you have the exact amount at the time of delivery.

After successful payment, your order will be processed immediately.
7. Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
